Needs a Fix

Okay, so I'm sitting here on a caffeine kick (courtesy of Mtn Dew) and watching Deadliest Catch, my newest TV show obsession.  I ordered the first two seasons on DVD, and it's fabulous!  I didn't even like Deadliest Catch...until I discovered a Live Journal fic by [info]janissa11 .  Let me tell you all about the AWESOMELY FANTASTIC AND INSANELY COOL SN/Deadliest Catch crossovers she's written.  "Land's End" is the first one, followed by "Man's Allotted Span," and both of them feature our boy Dean doing the crab-fishing thing.  How cool is that?!   There's actually a third fic in the series that janissa is working on, but RL has sadly interfered, I think.  I can't really say anything, as RL has been slowing my fic-writing as well--RL is such a pain in the ass sometimes...

But I'm in desperate need of another fix!  I love janissa's fics dearly--I even have them saved as PDFs on my Kindle so that I can read them anytime!  But I can't seem to find any other SN/DC crossovers!  Does anyone out there know of any others?  If you do, please please please help me out!

Uploading Issues are a Pain
Castiel
[info]followingabdiel
Okay, so I finally posted a new three-shot from my Prologue 'verse on ff.net.  I should be rejoicing, but instead, I'm wishing I had the patience to post it here on LJ as well.  I don't know what it is, but posting here is such an ordeal.  It's not easy-peasy like it is on ff.net.  If it was, I probably would have quit with ff.net awhile ago.  The ads on there that pop up all the freakin' time irritate the crap out of me.  Why can't LJ be easier for uploading fics?  Who do we complain to?!  Where do we submit the petition?!

Things were simpler back in the day.  I miss those days when I didn't even know LJ existed, and ff.net wasn't inundated with stupid ads and 'take this survey' bullshit.  Why can't things be easy?

Okay, so I just finished the one-shot...which actually turned into a two-shot.  It's posted on my ffnet page, so you'll all find it there.  I'm sorry for not posting it here, but I've got somewhere to be and not enough time to deal with the torment of posting to LJ.  I'll get around to it eventually, but it won't be in the next few days, so anyone who wants to read it immediately, it's on my ffnet page (there should be a link to it on my LJ, but if not, my ffnet penname is camlann).  Hope you guys like it, and thanks to all of you who sent ideas and such!

Got Brainstorms?
Castiel
[info]followingabdiel
Okay, LJ friends, we have a situation.  See, I'm suddenly in the mood to write another SN one-shot in my Prologue 'verse, but I'm sadly at a loss as to what to write about.  I've got only scraps of ideas scattered about on sticky-notes, but nothing substantial that I can turn into a one-shot.  So if you guys have any ideas/prompts, I'd love to hear them!  Please feed the muse!

The Virtual Snowflake Fiasco
Castiel
[info]followingabdiel
Okay, so I got home from work today and behold, I had a whopping 80 emails. And do you know what they were? "so-n-so has received a new virtual gift." I'm freaking drowning in virtual snowflakes that every LJ friend I have is receiving! Oh, and my email just chimed at me--I bet I have another one. It's like I get two more every five minutes!! I changed my LJ settings so that I wouldn't receive these updates, but to no avail--they keep popping up! Why??!!! Ya'll stop sending snowflakes to each other! Okay, so I didn't really mean that...but is there any way that I can fix this?! It's flooding my Inbox! Help!!
